Have you recently discovered Herbalife Afresh and are wondering how to prepare it? You’re in luck, as that’s precisely what I’m going to cover in this article.
Please remember that, despite its numerous benefits, Herbalife Afresh can also have side effects (owing to its caffeine content), so it’s important not to overindulge.
Moreover, did you know you can blend it with other Herbalife products to concoct an exceptional beverage? Let’s explore further.
How do you take Herbalife afresh?
No need for tea bags or infusers here. At Herbalife, all products are designed for fast and simple preparation. When the brand labels it as an ‘instant beverage’, it truly won’t take you any time at all to prepare it.
What will you need? Your bottle of Herbalife Afresh energy drink, a teaspoon, a glass, and a kettle of hot water. If you’re using a conventional teaspoon, aim for half a teaspoon or a level teaspoon (approximately 1.7 g of product).
Place the contents of the spoon in the glass and pour the hot water (roughly 200-250 ml). If you’d like your drink to be more refreshing, you can enjoy it cold, or even turn it into a slushie!
💡Preparation tip: Even if you intend to drink the Herbalife Afresh cold, it’s better to prepare it with hot water. This is the only way to guarantee that the powder completely dissolves in the liquid. If you prefer, you can first pour a little hot water, dissolve the powder, and then add the rest of the cold water.
When should I drink Herbalife afresh?
Incorporating Herbalife Afresh into your daily diet will be a breeze because it’s perfectly compatible with a healthy lifestyle. Due to its diuretic effects, fat-burning properties, and stomach- and intestine-protective qualities, it’s beneficial to consume it after meals.
However, you can enjoy Herbalife Afresh whenever you fancy: at breakfast to kick-start your day full of energy, or between meals to prevent snacking. I personally recommend avoiding it in the afternoon or evening due to its caffeine content. It’s wise to avoid consuming it after 6 or 7 pm to prevent it from disrupting your sleep.
💡Consumption tip: If you struggle to curb your appetite between meals, try drinking Herbalife Afresh warm. This temperature is ideal for helping you manage hunger and cravings more effectively.
How many Herbalife afresh can I drink in a day
Each serving of Herbalife Afresh contains approximately 50mg of caffeine. It’s recommended for adults to limit their caffeine intake to a maximum of 400mg per day, which means you should not consume more than 4 servings of Afresh per day.
Even so, I would recommend limiting your consumption to no more than 2 servings of Afresh per day, as excess caffeine can disrupt your sleep cycle.
Interesting Combinations
This instant herbal beverage not only fits seamlessly into your diet, but it can also be combined with other Herbalife products to create a more comprehensive nutrition and weight loss plan. Herbalife suggests two primary combinations:
Afresh (Tea) + Aloe Herbal Concentrate
You’ll appreciate this combination if you’re not just seeking the benefits of herbal tea but also the refreshing and exotic touch of aloe.
The aloe drink serves as a natural alternative to traditional juices or soft drinks laden with sugar.
You can choose from seven different flavours of Afresh and two flavours of Herbalife aloe herbal concentrate.
