To optimize its detoxifying and mild laxative properties, it is highly recommended to take it at least once, preferably 5 minutes prior to breakfast.
How do I prepare Herbalife’s Herbal aloe concentrate
Since this is a concentrated product, it should be diluted in water. The manufacturer suggests 3-4 capfuls (15-20 ml) mixed into half a glass of water (approximately 125 ml). Stir or shake the concoction well for optimal integration and voila, it’s ready to drink! When preparing a 1L beverage, it’s advisable to mix the concentrate in half a glass of water first and then add it to the rest of the liquid.

Tea + Aloe Vera + Herbalife Fiber
This robust blend ensures your daily intake of water, fiber, and amino acids. The concoction consists of 3-4 capfuls of Aloe concentrate, a teaspoon of Herbalife tea, and two scoops of the Active Fiber Complex, mixed into a liter and a half of water.
The result is a vegan, gluten-free beverage that promotes digestive health, detoxifies the body, and assists in stabilizing cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
Tea + Aloe Vera + Formula 1 Shakes
This combination is among the most popular for losing weight with Herbalife. In this case, all products are not consumed simultaneously, but rather, each one has its own designated time. While the tea and aloe can be combined, it’s common to consume the products from this pack in three distinct steps:
- Prepare an Herbalife aloe concoction following the standard measurements (3-4 capfuls in half a glass of water) and consume it 5 minutes prior to breakfast.
